Abstract:

Since 2004, Omada has been experiencing an average growth of 60% and is a leading company in advanced Role Based Access Control and Compliance with several innovative software products. To be able to continue the growth and deliver more innovative software products, Omada implemented Agile Product Management. This talk will describe 7 specific techniques implemented during 2007-2008. The structure of the system was changed to more collaboration and involvement of the many different roles. It increased the development capacity and removed the primary bottlenecks in the previous system. It also increased the delivery of business value with even more innovative features and new products.

Mads Troels Hansen was director of software development at Omada in 2007-2008 and started the Agile and Lean journey in the company.
