Abstract
Retrospectives are a good way of improving individual agile teams. What if you want to go beyond single team learning to multiple team learning? How can agile teams meaningfully share experiences?
In this workshop participants will learn how to create a shared meaning about different ways of putting Agile into practice. From a body of anecdotal material that participants bring to the workshop we will construct archetypes.
Knowledge of these archetypes helps teams and organisations to better transition to agile practices, asses their Agile practices and scale Agile in the enterprise.
Objective(s) of the session
- Help participants to understand their differing ways of working
- Participants may use archetypes that result from the workshop to find meaningful analogies to situations they are facing in their own working environment
- Provide a workshop format to the participants that they can use to understand the different ways of working in their own working environment
