Collaborative Specifications
I want to discuss why it is wrong to rely just on domain experts or analysts to get the specifications and requirements documents right and why testers and developers have to be included in specifying the solution. Then I'd talk about specification workshops,
which facilitate the process of getting to specifications collaboratively, focusing on how these workshops fit into short iterations and how they solve lots of problems that teams often have with agile acceptance testing.
