Abstract: Many Agile coaches are now aware of the power of Scrum, etc. to highlight organisational and management shortcomings, outside of the development projects themselves. But when this happens, software development folks are rarely well-positioned to help senior management understand the issues, come up with solutions and take effective action. FlowChain offers a Lean and Systems Thinking-based model for weaving often disjoint Agile projects into an Enterprise solution for software and product development. |
