I am an consultant and coach, currently teaching Kanban to help individuals and organisations to focus on continual improvement and learning - allowing them to become more effective and participate in more meaningful work.
I am working for the Graduate Development community, helping students and recent graduates grow there knowledge of the machinations of the software development industry. Through a series of workshops I am teaching the graduates a full range of open source tools for design, development, build management, testing and continuous integration to help them start their journey of understand the principles and practices of lean and agile.
In between these activities, I also give talks and workshops at SkillsMatter and am starting to design games to teach lean principles and practices. I am currently developing the concept of a Kanban kata to help people practice the art of thinking.
