Large Scale XP Development Practices

I'd like to present an experience report about using XP in a team of 60 developers, working on a code base of 5 million lines of code (just one product). They had 160,000 automated tests in 2006 and now have over 250,000 executing every hour, and can release multiple times a day.
While the experience is a few years old, I don't know of many teams that are this size and are scaling up their development and testing to this degree, so I think it would be an interesting topic.
This report will cover the features in our code base that allowed us to scale to this size, the team rules, and the team structure that supported this style of development.
I am hoping to do a 30-40 minute presentation with Q&A session afterwards.
