This report will disclose my experiences in teaching the Kanban technique to a variety of individuals and groups, with many different concerns, constraints and systems.
Sharing my experiences will help other see how Kanban has been used to visualise the facts of working life, for a variety of systems big and small.
Leaving the audience considering how visualisation of facts starts the journey to identify a wide range of constraints and encourage all involved in and around the system to appreciate their actions, triggering positive changes in their behaviour

I'd be interested in this. I've tried to explain Kanban to people who approach development in a different way to myself and not got the response I'd initially hoped for. It would be good to discuss what worked and not worked.
