Being agile is about being coöperative. If you help a team to be more agile, you want them to collaborate, to become a team instead of a group of individuals. Sometimes, it just doesn't seem to work, something is holding you back. What is it? The company culture? The goodwill of the people? One possible reason is the company's compensation policy. Often, compensation policies are designed to let people compete with each other. This is not really compatible with the agile state-of-mind. How can we still be effective in such a company? What can we do? We don't have the answers to these questions, we would like you to come to this session and brainstorm about this with us.
