How we use Kanban at YouView to model and facilitate flow of value from ideas through definition, development, testing to technical trials. Tracks multiple dependencies across both internal and external teams. Evolved from being used purely by development to included everyone in the value chain. Also introduces the 'Lou Reed' method of lmiting Work in Process.
