- Abstract: In the agile world we keep talking about self-organizing teams. There is also the idea that self-organizing teams are self-created. In this presentation I will show my idea’s on how you can actually help a team to become self-organizing.
- Objective(s) of the session: I want participants understand after this session that a self-organizing team can be build.
- Contents: I will share idea’s on creating self-organizing teams that I have gathered over the years out of multiple trainings, leadership books and own experience. I will ask team members to talk about what helped them to become a team.
